As the CEO and Founder of Brainard Strategy, Michael has designed and implemented Organizational Assessment and Development programs, Performance Management Systems, and Leadership Development programs to include Practice Leadership for Executive Coaching at a publicly traded HR Consulting firm. In addition to this Michael has led Mergers and Acquisitions, Strategic Planning, and Change Management initiatives. Michael also draws additional experience from his work as an internal and external post-acquisition integration leader.
