Notă biografică
Katherine Baldwin is a writer, journalist, coach and speaker. She writes and speaks from the heart about her journey of transformation, including how she recovered from an eating disorder, challenged self-destructive relationship patterns, learned to love herself and eventually fell in love in her forties. As a coach, Katherine specialises in helping professional women and men understand why they're single, navigate the world of dating and relationships and fall in love. She runs 'How to Fall in Love' courses and workshops based on the 10-step journey outlined in her book. She offers individual coaching and leads 'How to Fall in Love' retreats at the beach in Dorset and in Spain. Katherine also offers midlife mentoring, helping people build their confidence and their resilience so they can make major life transitions, follow their heart and fulfill their dreams. Katherine writes lifestyle features for magazines, newspapers and online publications and has been widely published in the national media, including in Red, Psychologies, The Sunday Times, the Daily Mail, the Guardian and Easy Living. She blogs for Psychologies Life Labs, The Huffington Post and We Are The City and has appeared on TV and radio, including Newsnight, Radio 2 and Radio 4's Woman's Hour.
