Professor Frank Armstrong has taught at Ferris State University for over 8 years, taught at Lansing Community College, University of Phoenix, California State University for Advanced Studies, and Grantham University, all within the realm of Business Management. Prior to becoming a college professor, Frank spent over 25 years in industry as a process engineer, quality engineer, supplier development engineer, quality manager, district manager and multi-unit supervision. He has a myriad of experience in interviewing, hiring and managing personnel, and his primary passion is with Team Dynamics. He has been an active member of American Society for Quality, Academy of Management, Automotive Industry Group, an RAB auditor for QS-9000, and is a Black Belt in Six Sigma. Within this book, he shares his knowledge and experience, as well as research into the best practices and methodologies of today's ever changing business world He has researched other philosophies from today's industry leaders to provide the most comprehensive ideas for not only scoring the job one is looking for, and then what the individual needs to do to retain and grow within their career field. This overall philosophy applies to all job seekers in any career field and not just restricted to the business world. Professor Armstrong is the creator of Making Sense Chronicles, and this is the first of his publications.
