As a qualified beauty therapist, hairdresser, and modelling trainer; Ellen has been coaching women, young adults and children for years on how to improve their appearance. She owned a Modelling and Deportment School during the nineties, training models on the catwalk. Her models performed very well in modelling and beauty competitions, but the most amazing transformation was their growth in confidence. After migrating from South Africa to Australia in 2006, Ellen kept coaching and inspiring women in all walks of life. She has been coaching and speaking at churches, schools, women events, and one-on-one sessions to help individuals grow in self-confidence. During this time she also worked as an Advertising Executive in the newspaper industry for thirteen years. With a strong call to help build the nation's confidence, she started writing books to reach more people across the world.
