Sofia Johnson was the proud owner of a very popular coffee shop that specialized in coffee and cheesecakes in Queensland, Australia for a number of years. Cheesecake has been around since the thirteenth century, it is not a modern day dessert, for centuries people have enjoyed this wonderful dish. Sofia has made hundreds of cheesecakes, quite literally... hundreds. She has taught so many, people to make cheesecakes, (including her husband and son) that she has lost count, besides all the staff that worked in the cafe, (including males ) Anyone, absolutely anyone, can make a mouth-wateringly delicious cheesecake, no matter what culinary skills they have. All it takes is a good recipe, some basic equipment and the will to enjoy the finished product. Cheesecake doesn't have to be sweet, it can also be savoury, and we have added a section on a couple of our favourite savoury cheesecakes for you to experiment with, as well as an "Adults only" section that will tempt you to take your favourite 'tipple' and turn in into a cheesecake.
