Kelly Swingler, founder of Chrysalis Consulting, supports people, teams, and companies in changing mindsets to transform performance. Before starting Chrysalis, Kelly worked in HR, L&D, and OD, and was appointed as the UK's youngest HR director. She is passionate about developing people and helping them unlock their potential. Kelly is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and holds a wealth of HR, L&D, and OD qualifications. In addition to being a qualified coach, hypnotherapist, and psychotherapist, Kelly also holds a BSc in psychology and is currently undertaking a PhD in organizational change.
