Notă biografică

Didi Carr Reuben is proud to have been the rebbetzin of Kehillat Israel Reconstructionist Congregation in Pacific Palisades, California for the past 34 years. She is a singer and actress who has performed around the world and starred in her own sitcom, Sugartime on ABC-TV, and for many years wrote a regular relationships advice column entitled, "Ask the Rebbetzin." Steven Carr Reuben is senior rabbi emeritus of Kehillat Israel Reconstructionist Congregation in Pacific Palisades, California, past president of the Board of Rabbis of Southern California, the recipient of numerous community awards, including the Micah Award for founding the largest full-service homeless shelter in Los Angeles, and the Unsung Heroes Award from the Youth Law Center of San Francisco, and is the author of numerous books, including Children of Character: Leading Your Children to Ethical Choices in Everyday Life and A Nonjudgmental Guide to Interfaith Marriage. Seth Mallios (illustrator) is Professor of Anthropology, University History Curator, and Director of the South Coastal Information Center at San Diego State University where he has spearheaded six active research projects resulting in nine books including Born a Slave, Died a Pioneer and his illustrations appear weekly in the on-line word puzzle, Puntification.
