Every entrepreneur must have a set of systems in place in order to ensure that his/her business runs as efficiently and effectively as possible. A business must be able to function even without its CEO being physically present in the office each and every day. It is best to have systems in place at the onset of business in order to avoid future delays in business during moments of crisis, which can translate into a loss of revenue.
