As the founder of the Exam Magic Educational Consultancy Michael has gained a solid reputation for delivering measurable results helping over three thousand educational leaders, teachers, students and parents reduce stress levels, increase resilience and improve their wellbeing and professional and academic achievement. An experienced group facilitator, initiated into several of the world's mystery schools, Michael leads workshops and retreats for entrepreneurs, business owners and managers, integrating leading edge developments in psychology and personal transformation with ancient spiritual practices to bring peace and clarity to both mind and body. Michael believes that innovations in the way we educate our young people are essential to sustainable economic growth. He has dedicated his life's work to supporting individuals and organisations working towards the worthy ideal of unleashing the self belief, talent, resilience, growth mindset and wellbeing of all citizens. Michael graduated from London Guildhall University with a honours degree in Communications and a received his PGCE from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. He is a certified Life Coach, and Career Psychologist at The City Of London Therapy Centre. Michael is a member of the Association For Coaching and a certified Emotional Freedom Techniques practitioner.
