The National Transportation Safety Board is pleased to submit its Human Capital Management for FY 2010, as required under 5 CFR Part 250. This report is the culmination of our annual human capital life cycle, which began with planning and goal-setting for the fiscal year; continued with the implementation of actions to recruit, develop, and retain a world-class work force and proceeded through an evaluation of program results and merit system compliance.
