Dieter Grimm, Professor of Public Law at the Faculty of Law at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and Yale Law School, 1987 until 1999 Justiceof the Federal Constitutional Court, 2001 until 2007 Rector of the Wissenschaftskolleg zu Berlin.Alexandra Kemmerer is Senior Research Fellow and Academic Coordinator at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg, and Head of the Institute's Berlin Office.Christoph Möllers is Professor of Public Law and Jurisprudence at the Faculty of Law at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and Permanent Fellow at the Wissenschaftskolleg zu Berlin.
