Notă biografică

Tom Baum is Professor of International Tourism and Hospitality Management in The Scottish Hotel School, the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. Prior to this, he was Professor of International Hotel and Tourism Management and Deputy Dean in the University of Buckingham and has also worked extensively in the tourism industry. He has lectured and consulted in a range of countries in Africa, Asia, the Caribbean and Europe.
