Notă biografică
Born in Glasgow, Scotland, in 1896, Edwin E. Aubrey came to the United States in 1913. He received his Ph.B. and D.D. degrees at Bucknell University and his A.M., D.B., and Ph.D. degrees at the University of Chicago. During his academic career he taught sociology, Bible, and Christian theology and ethics at Miami University, Carleton College, Vassar College, and the University of Chicago. Among his books are Religion and the Next Generation, Present Theological Tendencies, Man's Search for Himself, and Secularism, a Myth.
