Growing up surrounded by poverty and pipe dreams, two young teenagers had their dream of being that hustler who drove the flashy cars, had the beautiful dime pieces on their arms, and had more money than they knew what to do with. Silk and Cee were born and raised in Atlanta's city streets. They resided in an area known as 4th Ward. Silk's uncles, "J" and "Tay," are known drug dealers who supply major weight to hungry hustlers trying to get a meal ticket. Silk and Cee had dreams of being like J and Tay. Tay wasn't having that out of his only nephew. Whereas, J was willing to bless both young niggas if they followed the rules he set for them. With every game there are penalties if you're caught down bad. And just when J and Tay settled down to semi-retire and go legit, the Feds come - and the cross comes as well. Like every child in the ghetto who doesn't have, Silk and Cee dreamed to be that hustler who drives through the 'hood with the world in the palm of his hand. With that in mind, Silk and Cee set out to fulfill their Hustler's Dream.
