I've always loved writing poetry from an early age and recently rediscovered my passion for it after the sad passing of my beloved grandad. I am a wife and mother of 2 children living in Derbyshire along with our 6 chickens, 2 cats, a leopard gecko and a cornsnake. I work for our amazing NHS and get a lot of inspiration for my poems from work and also from spending a lot of time outdoors tending to my allotment. In any spare time I have I can be found either reading or writing!
