I Am You

I am you is a spiritual novel that revolves around the themes of consciousness, awareness, meditation, lucid dreaming and the dark night of the soul or the shadow self. More than being characters in themselves with their own personalities and life stories, the personages in the I am You book are parts of the personality that Austina- the soul is, they are different components of the whole, that together reveal the honourable- light and the dark- shadow sides of Humanity when incarnated on earth. The title ‘I am you’ indicates a perspective that goes beyond the identification with the self. In the narrative, we become enthralled in the progression of Austina’s path and the challenges that life presents to her which contribute to the soul’s growth. The gentle but scientific archetype- Carl, the loving and caring- Mary/grandpa, the funny and joyful- Gabrielle, the flirtatious and glamorous- Sam, the angry, dark and shady part- Bel. When affected by the lower grade energies of some of these aspects of herself which are basically projections, she struggles to find answers, she gives in, she is weak but when detached from the personality aspects (centred as the soul and connected to her monad), and she only sees glimpses of it, she is powerful but also non-judgemental as for the soul there is no duality, all is one. The battle is for union and oneness in the world. The light in confrontation with darkness in the attempt to dissolve and pervade one into the other. Austina must transmute the lower grade energies within herself as it’s hers and our personal responsibility to project the highest vibration into this holographic universe.
