Missouri State Marshal, Percival Harmon is a great husband and father. His job as the head of a special police for the Governor, is to track down escaped murderer Jake Taggart. The county sheriff and local police, gave up on finding Taggart. So now the Governor assigned Harmon to the case. Percy Harmon, has a bachelors degree in criminology. He also earned his Master's degree, with a dissertation on back door investigation. He's spent ten years in law enforcement and finally is in a place with his career, where he can spend all of his time, doing what he does best. Tracking and catching criminals, that no one else can find. He refuses to wear a gun, because he feels it intimidates possible witnesses. His charm and unassuming nature, when questioning possible witnesses, takes him far. People seem to trust him. Now he faces the biggest challenge of his life: keeping his marriage together. Two key questions haunt him: will his marriage survive the rigors and stress of his work; and will he find and capture Jake Taggart?
