This sweet, lighthearted book full of whimsical and colorful illustrations will touch anyone who has ever had questions about life. We are shown and reminded that, although the types of questions may change over the years, the answers always come back to one truth: We have exactly what we need deep within us. Heidi Jo Thweatt has been a writer since she was 12 years old. Finally she is sharing her talents with the world. Notă biografică

Heidi Jo Thweatt is a free spirit that's always been a deep thinker and as a child, had many questions about all the differences she was feeling, and the feelings she was experiencing. When her young nephews interesting and inquisitive questions mimicked her own from childhood, this book suddenly came to life! Heidi has always surrounded herself and her life with children. She wrote my first children's book when she was ten years old, was nannying and babysitting at a young age, and went on to study child psychology in college. Eventually she went on to work with children of all age ranges throughout her journey in many different aspects of mental, emotional and physical well-being. Heidi believes that how we handle the delicate and deeply creative time of early mental and emotional development can lay the groundwork for future health by instilling a trusting and solid relationship within ourselves. She believes this to be a key to nourishing self esteem, self worth and setting healthy boundaries later in life. Heidi is deeply dedicated to supporting the mental and emotional health of our youth. As a wellness chef and holistic nutritionist, her current focus is on a series of children's books involving good habits around food choices - in a fun, delicious way, of course! She states "May we all breathe into the knowledge that no matter what happens in life, we get to decide how we handle those things. I believe my job is to help support our youth into being the best version of themselves, no matter what is showing up around them. My passion is to help educate that our differences are a beautiful thing, instead of something to be ashamed or embarrassed about. Starting here can be what catapults us into expressing our individuality which ricochets into the world as positive energy."
