Life is about dreaming dreams, setting goals, modifying them and ultimately achieving success. It's about finding yourself and working hard to accomplish whatever you set out to accomplish. Sports, careers, lifetime achievements...they all come down to one thing: how high you set the bar and how hard you work for them. Sure, along the way you'll face bumps, ups, downs and curveballs. But, what matters is how you adapt and how you persevere. Think of your childhood dreams, turn them into goals, set a few micro-goals and make it happen. Understand that ultimately, it's you who will decide how far you go. Remember to be a realist, to surround yourself with support and to be your own biggest cheerleader.
