With her step-by-step process, backed by neuroscience, Chris shares over 30 years of experience through her own unique blend of wisdom and humor. If You Don't Ask, the Answer Is Always No is not just for leaders, but for anyone who feels frustrated and ready to leave behind the old stories and negative thinking habits that are keeping them from achieving what is truly important in their lives.
