Notă biografică

Born in a small Hampshire village, Richard completed his education at Southampton College of Technology while pursuing an engineering apprenticeship. He was unlucky in his early career and became frustrated with redundancy from several employments. A wider search of the jobs market overseas for better opportunities resulted in many years of living, working, making business trips and holidays in numerous countries. Recently he worked at home before retiring. He has two children and one grandchild. He and his wife June live near to the New Forest but still travel extensively to augment their large collection of photographs above and underwater.
