Innovation and Technology Law: An Industry Guide

Autor Aliah Chowdhury
en Limba Engleză Hardback – 13 apr 2022
Innovation and Technology Law: An Industry Guide is a reference book that compiles summaries of relevant law and regulatory frameworks in industrial context and terms, compartmentalised by technology field or application and technical subject matter. The book is a landscaping and deconstruction of legal frameworks relating to innovation and technology across technology fields and European territories, summarised in non-legal terms and in industrial context. It not only makes it easier for lawyers and non-lawyers alike to digest a broad regulatory and industry coverage, but also easier for technologists to interpret and engage with in practice.
