In the presented work various aspects of influence of innovations on social and economic processes in a society are considered. The material is presented in a cut of three levels of economy: the state and a society as a whole, branches and regions, economy of separate managing subjects. In the book such major features of functioning of innovative economy, as state regulation and a state policy in area of innovations, an innovative infrastructure are presented, to an innovation in area of marketing, an innovation in area of a provision of pensions, the territorial organization of innovative process. Concerning activity of managing subjects questions of the organization and functioning, managements of innovative projects, innovations in the field of marketing the personnel are allocated.
