A child like Empress named Aria Samantha takes a ride on a dragon and lands in a fantasy world where she discovers insanity is Mother Nature's true God. She is visited by the Queen of the Waterfalls who then helps her make one wish. The Moon speaks out for the world's new God to all who would listen.
