Notă biografică

Alex Marland is a professor in the Department of Political Science at Memorial University of Newfoundland. He regularly interviews Canadian politicians, political staff, and other members of the public sector to discuss how Canadian politics and government really work. His book rand Command: Canadian Politics and Democracy in the Age of Message Control (UBC Press, 2016) won the Donner Prize for best public policy book by a Canadian and an Atlantic book award for scholarly writing.Jared J. Wesley is an associate professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Alberta. He is a practicing political scientist whose career path has taken him from government boardrooms to university classrooms. He has served in various senior management roles in the Government of Alberta. He teaches and publishes in the areas of provincial politics, federalism, and research methods. He is the author of Code Politics: Campaigns and Cultures on the Canadian Prairies (UBC Press, 2011).
