Institutional Repository (IR) initiatives facilitate to gather, preserve, and make persistently accessible a variety of scholarly materials. IR is widely developed globally to support research, learning, and administrative processes of the concern institute. A wide variety of contents may be included in the repositories for the multiplicity of purposes and users. The open source and open access trends along with academic need are the driving forces for developing IR nowadays.
