Recenzii

The three authors are, respectively, a law professor (Indiana University), a practising lawyer (partner in Foley & Lardner) and a former seed industry executive (with Pioneer Hi-Bred), so they are able to give an informed and rounded view ... The book is written primarily for specialists growers, breeders, plant biotechnologists, and those who advise them. But it should be of wider interest ... the book is stimulating, well written and with interesting historical sidelights.
