This textbook addresses key issues and challenges in contemporary multicultural and multilingual workplaces through the lens of leadership, communication and trust. Kerstin Pfeiffer is Assistant Professor and Director of Undergraduate Teaching Programmes in the Department of Languages and Intercultural Studies (LINCS) at Heriot-Watt University, UK.
