During last 10 years international business games are getting more and more popular both in academic and business environment. International business game purpose is to simulate real business environment and observe students and young graduates solving problems similar to real ones and taking business decisions. There are three main functions that international business game can perform. They are employer branding, learning and development, and recruitment.
