Notă biografică

Alexander Zahar is a Legal Officer in the Chambers of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia. He held a similar position at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda. He has published several critical essays on tribunal jurisprudence prior to working in international law.Goran Sluiter is Professor of Law at the University of Amsterdam and a judge at the Utrecht District Court. He is a member of the editorial committees of the Journal of International Criminal Justice and International Criminal Law Review.
