Notă biografică

DONNA R. KEMP is Professor and Graduate Coordinator of Political Science and Public Administration, California State University at Chico. She has worked as a health planner and program manager, practiced as a family counselor, and engaged in research dealing with mental health public policy. Her previous works include Supplemental Compensation and Collective Bargaining (1987) and Employee Assistance Programs: An Annotated Bibliography (1989) as well as numerous articles dealing with mental health in professional journals.
