Descriere
The essays selected and reproduced in this volume explore how international refugee law is dynamic and constantly evolving. The original set of principles, customary rules and values which were firmly embedded in the human rights framework are still liable to change in the light of developments in, for example, international humanitarian law, international criminal law, migration issues and new concepts of state participation and responsibility. Thus, there is a reinforcing dynamic in the development of these complementary areas of law.
