Are you planning on interning this summer? If so, read this book first. It is the culmination of several years' worth of intern staff meetings where all the mistakes, issues and teachable moments came to life. Each intern staff meeting included a training time, which was then followed up with an article that the interns read and replied to. This book is the collection of those articles. Each chapter includes some sort of philosophical or practical nugget intended to help church interns grow as Christians and as Christian workers.
