RICHARD YOUNG is Associate Professor of Counselling Psychology at the University of British Columbia. He is the co-editor, with William Borgen, of Methodological Approaches to the Study of Career (Praeger, 1990), and has published in the Journal of Counseling and Development, Human Relations, Career Development Quarterly, and Canadian Journal of Counselling.AUDREY COLLIN is Reader in Organizational Behavior in the Department of Human Resource Management, De Monfort University. She has published in Human Relations, Canadian Journal of Counselling, British Journal of Guidance and Counselling, and Journal of Applied Systems Analysis, and has contributed chapters to Peter Reason and John Rowan's Human Inquiry: A Sourcebook of New Paradigm Research (1981) and Richard Young and William Borgen's Methodological Approaches to the Study of Career (Praeger, 1990).
