The New York War Crimes Tribunal on Central America and the Caribbean was convened in October, 1984 to hear testimony from victims and eyewitnesses of human rights abuses, war crimes and other violations of international and domestic law in Central America and the Caribbean. The countries covered in this comprehensive volume are El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Cuba, Grenada, and Nicaragua.
