Into the Dark: A Guided Shadow Work Journal
Shadow Work is referring to the practice of understanding the parts of ourselves that we hide. These are the sides or aspects of our personalities that we subconsciously reject and repress, which can result in a perceived perspective of who we actually are. Shadow Work is where we bring these parts of us we keep hidden into the light.
Understanding these parts of ourselves helps us live a better and more open life. This journal features over 100 prompts and questions to ask yourself and reflect on what makes you who you are, and begin your healing journey.
