Chloe Mathews believes in following the rules. She joined the FBI to make things right. Joe Crawford makes his own rules, and his goal is revenge. Once again, Chloe and Crawford have joined forces. This time their task is to convict Crawford's nemesis, the corrupt and ruthless Simon Lang.
