Notă biografică

STEVE SKIDMORE is Technical Director of Assist Knowledge Development, where he has implemented several major European systems using structured and object oriented techniques. He is the author of several published works including two by Palgrave Macmillan upon which this new book is based: Introducing Systems Analysis and Introducing Systems Design. He was previously Principal Lecturer at Leicester Polytechnic (now De Montfort University).MALCOLM EVA is an independent consultant and trainer in systems analysis and business analysis. He has been an IT specialist since 1980, working as a programmer, systems analyst and trainer in systems analysis, and product manager. He has worked for among others: TACT, Ministry of Defence and BT Customer Systems; he has also lectured in Information Systems at University College Northampton.
