Lamy is Professor of International Relations and Vice Dean for Academic Programs for Letters, Arts, and Sciences at the University of Southern California.John Baylis is Emeritus Professor of Politics and International Relations at Swansea University. Sir Steve Smith is Vice Chancellor and Professor of International Relations at the University of Exeter. Patricia Owens is Reader in the Department of International Relations at the University of Sussex.
