Yoko finds her job in an American call center monotonous and unchallenging. She is thankful however for her loving boyfriend, Chris. But Yoko later discovers that their happy relationship was merely an illusion when he abandons her for a much younger woman. Yoko subsequently experiences a nervous breakdown and feels that her life has ended. But with the help of a supportive mother and the discovery of a family in the UK that she had never known about before, she becomes stronger in herself as she stays on her path of healing and recovery.
