Notă biografică

Biddy White-Lennon has written several books about Ireland's food history, recipes and ingredients. She made a television series about healthy eating for Radio Telefis Eireann (RTE), and writes a weekly column for the Irish Farmers' Journal. Georgina Campbell writes on all aspects of Irish cuisine and hospitality and is the author of a premier hospitality guide to Ireland. She has written many books and is a weekly columnist in the Irish Independent Weekend magazine.
