Notă biografică

Wendy Jarich has a vested interest in spreading the word on anorexia as she lost a family member as a result of this condition. It was a difficult period of time. For the family but they all provided support for each other. As a result of this experience Wendy made the decision that she had to get the information out to everyone about anorexia and also explain ways in which persons can go and get treatment for the condition. Wendy has gone to great lengths to ensure that the reader has a thorough understanding of this disease. It is a psychological problem that many often choose to ignore or they are so clouded by the excuses that the anorexic person supplies for not eating a meal or why they seem to be losing weight so rapidly that they fail to see what is happening until it is too late.
