Alper Sönmez is Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at Selçuk University. He was awarded his B.Sc. in Economics from Y¿ld¿z Technical University (YTU). He holds a Ph.D. degree in Economics from Middle East Technical University (METU). Dilek Çetin is Associate Professor at Süleyman Demirel University. She received B.Sc. in Economics from Ankara University. She holds a Ph.D. degree in Economics from Middle East Technical University (METU).
