Valerie J. Friesen is celebrating 15 years as a Personal and Relationship Counsellor and Life Improvement Coach, for her own company called Surrey Counselling Services, Inc. She resides in Surrey, BC a suburb of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Valerie holds a Masters Degree in Religious Education from Nazarene Theological Seminary, in Kansas City Missouri and a Masters Degree in Counselling from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. In addition to these degrees Valerie has completed The Basic Intensive Life Coach Training, from Therapist University.
Valerie professes to living the bucket life and provides examples from her own life and from the numerous people she has spoken to over the years. You will find this book very practical and an interesting read. The principles contained in this book, once applied can dramatically change your life for the good.
