There are hundreds, if not thousands, of self-help books advocating positive thinking and attitude management. The Bible is the world's best "self-help" book. What the gurus of "positive thinking" have done is discover what God has been saying since the beginning: "I will give you the fruit of your thoughts" (Jeremiah 6:19). "AS a man thinks in his heart, so is he." This book contains numerous lessons and exercises the author has developed over the years. It is designed to help the reader gain better control over his or her thinking, attitudes, and beliefs. It is Bible based and practical. It would be a great study for the individual or a group. Teens would especially benefit from it.
