In the United States of America, her work has been featured in over 100 different publications such as Porter Magazine, Town & Country, Brides, Style Me Pretty, Belle Lumiere, Strictly Weddings, Destination Inspirations, and the New York Daily News, and in Italy, in publications such as SposaMania, Il Messaggero, Il Giornale, The American and In Rome Now. Her portraits have been commissioned by the Fendi family, the family of former U.S. Ambassador to Italy, Mel Sembler, Pro-Hockey player Robert Nilsson, former NBA player Howard Wright, National Geographic CEO David Haslingden and his family, former CEO of Colgate-Palmolive in Italy Todd Atwood, and many others. The poses and expressions Cheever uses in her work are inspired by her detailed study of the works of Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo Buonarotti. She is particularly drawn to art of the Romanesque, Renaissance and Neo-Classical.
