The Editors: Takako Ueta is Professor of International Relations at the International Christian University (ICU), and her university is one of the members of the European Union Institute in Japan (EUIJ), Tokyo. She has led this project within the context of the 21st Century Center of Excellence Program - CoE of her university.
Éric Remacle is Professor of Political Science at the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), Institut d'études européennes, and member of the board of the Study Group on European Policies (SEP-GEPE).
