Yurika Ishii, Ph.D (2011), the University of Tokyo, Graduate Schools for Law and Politics, is Associate Professor at the National Defense Academy of Japan. She has published many works including International Regulation of Transnational Crimes (Yuhikaku, 2017) (Japanese).
