Notă biografică
Janice Spina aka J.E. Spina is an award-winning author with sixteen published books. She has been writing since she was nine years old. Janice always dreamed of being an author but did not realize this dream until after she had retired from an administrative secretarial position in a school system. In 2013 she published two children's books, three children's books in 2014 and one novel, and four books in 2015, four books in 2016 and two books so far in 2017. Book 5 of the Davey & Derek Junior Detectives Series along with a new edition of Hunting Mariah and its sequel will be coming in 2017. Janice's children's book, Lamby the Lonely Lamb, won a Silver Medal from Mom's Choice Awards, Davey & Derek Books 1-3 each won Pinnacle Book Achievement Awards and Book 1 also won an Honorable Mention from Reader's Favorite Book Awards. Jerry the Crabby Crayfish won a Pinnacle Book Achievement Award. Her goal is to write for all ages and encourage children to read. This encouragement hopefully will cultivate a love of reading in children that will carry throughout their lives. Janice's books range from PS-Grade 3 to 18]. Janice plans to write more children's books, a middle-grade series for girls, a young adult fantasy series and more novels and children's books over the coming years.
