For those of you that buy this book as a paper version I want to apologize for its length, it's a good lesson for me that since I have many readers who prefer a paper version I need to write longer books I had planned to focus on eBooks but I feel like that leaves out many of my readers. This is a fairly short book and I wanted to charge a lower price for it but this is the minimum that I'm allowed.
